Whilst transitioning to a co-operative model, we remain deeply committed to Community Dialogue's enduring vision, mission, values and methodologies. We are born of years of learning, sharing and building our skills, starting way back in 1997 as part of Northern Ireland's evolving peace process and are today working together to build a shared and sustainable vision of a future where we all can unite, empower one another and engage in the achievement of that vision. This is Jim O'Neill, one of our DPC Directors. He has been sharing his songs and playing guitar for many years with us as we learn and share through a variety of creative mediums. We are very excited and busy preparing for the launch of our new Worker Co-Operative in October 2025
We are currently building our new website and it will be ready to accompany our launch

To celebrate our registration as the first peacebuilding co-operative in Northern Ireland, our hard working Development Grouo met recently in the beautiful grounds of St. Columb's Park House, L/Derry. We were delighted that Tiziana O'Hara of Co-operative Alternatives N. I could join us. She has been supporting us all the way.

We are a highly experienced team with a diverse and wide ranging skills base. We are excited to expand our reach, engage with a new range of community, statutory and business partners and help build a more reconciled, understanding and value driven society.
We are ready to Unite, Empower and Engage
"Responsive and user friendly dialogue facilitation and capacity building methodologies are key to empowering individuals to navigate complex, often contentious issues, leading to shared understanding and co-operative action"
This quote from Dr. David Holloway, one of our new Directors, gives a real sense of what all our peacebuilding facilitation is about. Next-Generation Dialogue to meet the needs of an increasingly diverse society and making way for a new sense of belonging for all.
