Through meaningful dialogue
we can achieve a society with a more united, empowered and engaged future.
Welcome to the Dialogue Practitioners Co-Operative –the DPC - a dynamic new Worker Co-operative -
a hub of internationally experienced peacebuilding facilitators and trainers collaborating to bring a wealth of next generation dialogue opportunities. We have come together to share our expertise and expand our reach.
We offer new, unique and exciting transformative dialogue and facilitation methodologies and practice. Our doors are open to work with you - community groups, organisations, sports and educational clubs or businesses in Northern Ireland, cross border and across the globe.
As societies become ever more complex, our many years of experience have shown us that meaningful dialogue fosters empathy, equity and shared understanding, as a means of enhancing community cohesion and ease with difference.
Why DPC?
As a highly skilled team of dialogue practitioners and trainers we bring a wide range of options to you - content, co-design, structure and proven methodology, pitched to meet your participants needs and designed to your requirements. Our diverse skills and backgrounds are an important strength. Based around our belief in

Why Dialogue Works
Origins of DPC
A transformative, co-operative approach, is our response to a rapidly changing environment.
DPC achieves this by being owned and run by experienced peacebuilding practitioners.
We are proud to be the first peacebuilding workers co-operative to achieve registration in Northern Ireland.
We have adopted
the Well-Being Economy Values
Fairness - Justice in all its dimensions.
Nature - A restored and safe natural world for all life.
Participation - Citizens are fully engaged in their communities.
Connection - A sense of belonging with institutions serving the common good.
Dignity - Everyone has enough to live in comfort, safety and happiness.
Our unique approach ensures we continue to foster social cohesion, enhance belonging and participation, and work towards a new, shared, sustainable and evolving vision.

The role of the DPC members is to build meaningful, sustainable relationships, equity, inclusion and social justice as fundamental objectives. Our mission is to engage civic society towards a shared, inclusive and sustainable future through dialogue and conflict management training.
We celebrated our registration as the first peacebuilding co-operative in Northern Ireland with Tiziana O’Hara of Co-operative Alternatives N I to thank her for all the support she had given us.
